Why We Accept Sponsorships
Healthy Mind by Avik™ is built on one thing: honest conversation.
We have been doing this for years across 20+ shows, 5,000+ episodes, and a global community of 200,000+ listeners. To keep these conversations free, accessible, and produced with care, we occasionally partner with sponsors who align with our values.
Sponsorships help us fund production, support our team, and ensure that conversations about mental health, healing, and human growth remain available to anyone who needs them, anywhere in the world.
We are selective about who we work with. Our audience's trust is not for sale.
How Sponsorships Work
Sponsored placements may appear in the following formats across the Healthy Mind by Avik™ network:
Pre-roll, mid-roll, or post-roll audio messages within podcast episodes; placements within our newsletter; display or sponsored content on our website at www.podhub.club; posts or branded content across our social media channels; and branded segments within digital events or webinars hosted by our network.
All sponsored content is clearly disclosed to our audience using labels such as "Sponsor", "Paid Partner", or "Advertisement" as applicable. We do not hide paid relationships. All disclosures are made in accordance with applicable advertising standards, including the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines, the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements, the UK Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code, and the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics, where applicable to the audience being reached.
Editorial Independence
This is non-negotiable for us.
Sponsors do not control what our guests say, what our hosts believe, or the direction of any conversation on any show. A paid placement is exactly that: a placement. It is not an endorsement, a partnership in values, or an influence on our editorial decisions.
Our hosts speak their minds. Our guests speak their truths. That will never change.
No sponsor has the right to approve, alter, direct, or veto any editorial content, guest responses, host commentary, or programming decisions across any show in our network. The purchase of a placement does not create any editorial relationship, partnership, or influence of any kind.
What We Will Not Accept
We do not accept advertising or sponsorship from the following categories under any circumstances:
Alcohol and alcoholic beverage brands; cryptocurrency, NFTs, and speculative financial products; political advertising, political parties, or propaganda of any kind; weapons, firearms, or related products and services; hazardous, dangerous, or regulated substances; illegal products or services in any jurisdiction; hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content of any kind; and any content, product, or service that is deceptive, misleading, or harmful to our audience.
If it does not belong in a conversation about mental wellness and human growth, it does not belong on our network. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our sole discretion, including from categories not listed above, where we determine the partnership is not aligned with our values, editorial standards, or audience wellbeing.
What We Review Carefully
We may consider partnerships with the following categories on a case-by-case basis, subject to internal review and prior written approval before any booking is confirmed:
Supplements and nutraceuticals: all products are vetted for regulatory compliance and safety before any placement is confirmed. We do not accept placements for products that make unsubstantiated health claims or that are not compliant with applicable food and drug regulations in the jurisdictions where our audience is located.
Mental health applications and services: all claims must be evidence-based, transparent, and ethical. We do not allow therapeutic promises, misleading wellness claims, or content that exploits vulnerability in any form. Any mental health product or service seeking placement on our network must clearly and accurately represent the nature and limitations of what it offers. We will not knowingly platform products or services that misrepresent themselves as clinical, therapeutic, or medically endorsed when they are not.
We hold ourselves to a high standard here. Mental health is the heart of everything we do, and we will not compromise that for a sponsorship.
Listener Protection and Transparency
We believe our listeners have the right to know when content is sponsored. Every sponsored placement across our network is clearly identified and disclosed. We do not produce hidden advertising, undisclosed endorsements, or native content that is designed to appear organic when it is paid for.
Where a host reads a sponsor message, it will be clearly introduced as such. Where a newsletter contains a sponsored placement, it will be clearly labelled. Where our website carries a display advertisement, it will be visually identified as advertising.
If you ever have a concern about whether a piece of content on our network is sponsored or organic, you are welcome to contact us directly at services@podhealth.club and we will clarify.
Our Legal Framework
All advertising and sponsorship arrangements are governed by our full Advertising and Sponsorship Terms, available at www.podhub.club/terms-privacy/advertising-sponsorship-terms, which set out payment terms, cancellation policy, creative requirements, prohibited categories, make-good provisions, confidentiality obligations, and the full legal framework governing all arrangements between advertisers and our network.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available at www.podhub.club/terms-privacy, applies to all advertising and sponsorship bookings and sets out the terms governing cancellations, credits, and refunds.
By engaging with us for a sponsorship or advertising placement, you agree to our Advertising and Sponsorship Terms in full.
Healthy Mind by Avik™ is operated by Digitimes Pvt Ltd. All sponsorship and advertising arrangements are entered into with Digitimes Pvt Ltd as the contracting legal entity. All arrangements are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from a sponsorship or advertising arrangement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India, subject to any mandatory consumer or commercial rights applicable in your own jurisdiction.
Complaints About Sponsored Content
If you believe any sponsored content on our network is misleading, inaccurate, harmful, or in violation of applicable advertising standards, we want to hear from you.
Please contact us in writing at services@podhealth.club with a description of your concern, the specific episode or placement you are referring to, and the date on which you encountered it. We will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe, investigate in good faith, and take appropriate action where warranted.
Complaints may also be directed to the relevant advertising standards body in your jurisdiction, including the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) for Indian residents, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for UK residents, the Australian Advertising Standards Bureau for Australian residents, or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for US residents.
