Welcome to PodHub. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PodHub website, platform, and services, including podcast streaming, discovery features, user interactions, and any content made available through the platform.

Use of the Platform

All podcasts, audio, artwork, images, text, logos, and other materials on PodHub are owned by their respective creators or licensors. PodHub does not claim ownership of creator content.

License to PodHub

By submitting or making content available on PodHub, you grant PodHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce (only as required for technical delivery), distribute, publicly perform, display, and promote such content solely for:

• operating and improving the platform

• delivering content to users

• promoting PodHub and the content

This license ends when content is removed, except where retention is required for legal, technical, or backup purposes.

Creator Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to the content

• the content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights

• the content complies with applicable laws and regulations

User-Generated Content

If PodHub allows comments, reviews, profiles, messages, uploads, or other submissions (“User Content”), you are solely responsible for your User Content.

PodHub does not endorse, verify, or guarantee User Content and is not liable for it. We may remove or restrict User Content at our discretion but are not obligated to monitor it.

Content Removal and Takedowns

PodHub may remove or restrict access to any content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it:

• infringes rights

• is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive

• creates legal, financial, or reputational risk

We do not guarantee continued availability of any content.

• content removal or account termination

If liability is imposed, PodHub’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months or INR 100, whichever is higher.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PodHub, its owner, operators, affiliates, and creators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• your use of PodHub

• your content or User Content

• your violation of these Terms

• your infringement of rights

Suspension and Termination

We are not liable for loss of access, content, or data resulting from termination.
