Website and tools development covers fast marketing websites, AI automations that take repetitive work off your team, internal tools, and small SaaS products. PodHub built this website and PodOps, the platform that runs our 21 shows. We scope each project first, agree a fixed price in writing, and hand over the code and accounts in your name.
Who it's for.
Small teams lose hours every week to copy-pasting, chasing and checking. The right tool fixes that once. The wrong one becomes another thing to manage. We start from the work, not the technology.
A good fit if you are
- Founders and small teams with a clear, repetitive workflow to automate
- Creators and coaches who need a fast, good-looking website they can update
- People with a product idea who want a careful first version, not a giant build
Probably not for
- Open-ended builds with no clear problem to solve
- Projects that need a large in-house engineering team from day one
What you get.
- WebsitesFast, accessible sites with real search engine basics built in, that you can edit yourself.

Questions people ask.
How much will it cost, and is the price fixed?
After a short scoping step we agree a fixed price in writing for the agreed scope. If you want to add something later, we quote it before starting, so the price never moves by surprise.
How long does it take to go live?
A website usually takes two to four weeks. A single automation, two to six weeks. A first product version, six to ten weeks. The scope document sets the real dates.
Do I own the code, accounts and data?
Yes. Domains, hosting, code and data are set up in your name or handed over at launch.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Every build includes a period of fixes after launch. After that, an optional monthly care plan covers fixes, updates and small changes.
Which AI tools do you use, and what will they cost me to run?
We choose the model for the job, often Claude, and tell you the expected monthly running cost in the scope, before you agree to anything.
Is my customer data safe?
We collect only what the tool needs, keep secrets out of code, and use the security checks we run on our own platform. Where personal data is involved, we design for India's DPDP Act and the GDPR.
Can you work with the tools I already use?
Usually, yes. CRMs, Google or Zoho apps, Notion, Calendly, payment providers and most tools with an API can be connected.
How involved do I need to be?
About an hour a week: a short check-in and feedback on what we show you. You make the decisions; we do the building.
What if I change my mind halfway?
That's normal. Small changes fit inside the plan. Bigger changes get a short written quote so you can decide.
