Why join.

Conversations that matter.

Mental health, healing and being human, with guests from around the world.

Work from anywhere.

Every role is remote. Record or create on a schedule that fits your life.

A team behind you.

Guest booking, research briefs, publishing and promotion run through our own platform.

Grow your voice.

Reach the network's listeners and build something you are proud to share.

Open roles.

Two ways to be part of the network. Both are open now.

Remote · Ongoing

Podcast host

Lead honest, unhurried conversations on one of the network's shows.

Our hosts sit across from founders, therapists, healers and people living through hard chapters, and help them say the true thing. You bring curiosity and care; we bring the guests, the studio workflow, editing and distribution.

You will

  • Host recorded conversations with guests we book for your show
  • Prepare with the research brief our team sends before each episode
  • Record online from wherever you are, on a schedule that suits you
  • Help shape your show's topics and voice over time

You are

  • A warm, patient listener who asks the second question
  • Comfortable on camera and on the mic, in English
  • Interested in mental health, wellbeing, healing or business
  • Able to give a few hours a week, regularly

Creator

Share the conversations that matter with your own community.

We work with creators who talk about podcasts, mental health and wellness, at every size. If your audience trusts you on these topics, we would love to make something together: clips, collaborations, guest spots and shared campaigns.

You will

  • Share clips and stories from the network's episodes in your own voice
  • Collaborate on posts, reels and short videos around shared themes
  • Join conversations as a guest or co-host where it fits
  • Grow alongside a network of hosts and creators

You are

  • Creating regularly on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X or a podcast of your own
  • Focused on podcasts, mental health, wellness or personal growth
  • Kind and responsible when talking about mental health
  • Any size: mini (under 1,000 followers), nano (1,000 to 10,000) or micro (10,000 to 100,000)

Questions.

Do I need a CV?

No. Links to your work, your channels or a short sample of you talking tell us more than a CV.

Can I work from anywhere?

Yes. Every role is remote. Hosts record online, and creators work on their own channels.

Is it paid?

We agree how we work together, including payment where it applies, on the first call. It depends on the role and the show.

Do I need hosting experience?

No. Curiosity, warmth and the patience to listen matter more. Tell us about any speaking or interviewing you have done.

How small can my audience be?

Any size. Mini creators with under 1,000 followers are welcome when their community is engaged and the topic fits.

What happens to my application?

Our team reads it in PodOps, our own system. We keep it only to consider you for these roles, as set out in the privacy policy.
