Podcast setup and management means a team plans, launches and runs your show for you: the concept, name and artwork, hosting and distribution, recording support, editing, show notes, publishing and growth. PodHub runs 21 shows of its own and does the same for founders, coaches and wellness brands. Most launches take six to eight weeks.

Who it's for.

Most podcasts stop by episode ten. Not because the idea was wrong, but because recording, editing, publishing and promotion quietly become a second job. We take that job off you.

A good fit if you are

  • Founders, coaches and experts who want a show without running a production team
  • Wellness, mindfulness and lifestyle brands that want a voice, not just ads
  • Hosts with an existing show that has stalled and needs a steady rhythm

Probably not for

  • People who would rather edit and publish everything themselves
  • Anyone who can't commit to a regular recording slot
  • Shows that need a guaranteed chart position: nobody can honestly promise that

Questions people ask.

How much does it cost to launch and run a podcast with PodHub?

It depends on how often you publish, whether you want video, and whether we book your guests. We share a fixed quote after a short call, before any work starts, so there are no surprises. A one-off launch and a monthly plan are priced separately.

How long until my first episode is live?

Most shows launch six to eight weeks after the first call. That gives time to plan the season, build the artwork and record a few episodes before anyone hears the first one.

How much of my time will it take?

Usually the recording itself plus about an hour a month to review and approve. We do the planning, editing, publishing and reporting.

Do I need a studio or special equipment?

No. Many of our own episodes are recorded remotely. We send a short setup guide and can suggest a good microphone if you want one, but a quiet room matters more than gear.

Will you find guests, or do I bring them?

Either. On the Done for you plan we research, invite and schedule guests for you. On the other plans you bring them and we help with the invitation and the prep.

Who owns the show, the feed and the files?

You do. The hosting account, the RSS feed, the artwork and the episodes are set up in your name. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.

Is there a minimum contract?

Monthly plans run month to month after an initial three-month period, which gives a new show a fair chance. You can pause or stop with notice before the next month starts.

Can you do video for YouTube as well as audio?

Yes. Video is part of the Run and Done for you plans, and we cut short vertical clips from each episode as well.

How will I know if it is working?

Each month we share listens, where listeners came from, which episodes held attention, and what to change. We agree what success means for you at the start.

Can you guarantee downloads or chart rankings?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We promise the work: a well made show, published on time, shared well. Audiences grow from that, at their own pace.
