Guest management and podcast PR
Guest management and podcast PR

Be heard on the right shows.

We know how hosts choose guests, because we run 21 shows and receive pitches every day. We use that to book you, or to fill your own show with people worth hearing.

Listeners in United States, Canada, Australia, UK, India and more. Live from PodOps, the platform we run our shows on.

Podcast guest PR means getting booked as a guest on shows your audience already listens to. Guest management means finding, inviting and preparing great guests for your own show. PodHub does both, drawing on the thousands of guests we have hosted across our 21 shows, with clear targets and honest reports.

Who it's for.

Most podcast pitches are ignored because they are about the guest, not the listener. And most hosts spend hours chasing guests who cancel. We fix the pitch and the pipeline.

A good fit if you are

  • Founders, authors, coaches and experts with a clear story and something to share
  • Hosts who want a steady flow of thoughtful guests without the chasing
  • Speakers building authority before a launch, a book or a tour

Probably not for

  • People who want to be on any show at all, regardless of fit
  • Anyone expecting paid placements on big-name shows
  • Guests with nothing they are ready to talk about yet

What you get.

  • Positioning and one-sheetYour story, topics and best questions, in a page hosts actually read.
  • Target show listShows chosen for audience fit, which you approve before we pitch.
  • Personal pitchesShort, specific pitches written for each host, not a mail merge.
  • Scheduling and prepDates booked, briefs sent, and a short prep call before each recording.
  • Guest booking for your showResearch, invitations, scheduling, reminders and a guest brief for every episode.
  • After the episodeClips and posts to share, and a report on every booking.

Questions people ask.

How many podcast bookings will I get each month?

It depends on your story and how niche your audience is. We agree a realistic target after the positioning step and report every pitch and booking, so you always know where things stand.

Which shows will you pitch me to?

Shows whose listeners match the people you want to reach. You see and approve the list before any pitch goes out.

Do you guarantee bookings on specific shows?

No. Hosts decide who they invite, and anyone promising a particular show is overselling. We guarantee the work: a strong pitch to every show on your list, every week.

Is this pay-to-play?

No. We pitch for real, earned bookings. If a show asks for a fee, we tell you and you decide; we never pay for placements on your behalf without asking.

How do you decide if a show is worth my time?

We look at who listens, how often the show publishes, how engaged its audience is, and whether its past guests are people like you.

Will you prepare me for the interview?

Yes. Every booking comes with a brief on the host and audience, likely questions, and a short prep call if you want one.

What do I need to provide?

A short intake call, a photo, a bio, and any links you want to share. We write the rest and you approve it.

Can you book guests for my own show?

Yes. That is the Guests for your show plan: research, invitations, scheduling, reminders and briefs, so you just turn up and talk.

How do I know if guesting is bringing me business?

We give you a simple link and a short offer to mention on each show, and track which appearances bring visits, sign-ups or calls.
