Questions partners ask.
Who can become a partner?
Anyone who knows founders, creators, coaches, speakers or brands: agencies, consultants, community leads, podcasters and past clients. We approve each application by hand.
How much can I earn?
20% of everything your client pays us in their first 12 months. A client paying ₹50,000 a month for a year earns you ₹1,20,000. There is no cap.
Which services count?
All of them: podcast setup and management, editing, websites and tools, lead generation, guest PR, LinkedIn growth, PodHub sponsorships and the Podcast Growth Stack.
How do you know a client came from me?
Your link carries your code. When someone enquires through it, their email is credited to you. If you introduce someone by phone or WhatsApp, tell us and we credit them to you by hand.
When do I get paid?
Each payment is held 30 days in case of a refund, then it is ready. We pay what is ready by bank transfer or UPI, usually once a month.
Can I see how my referrals are doing?
Yes. Your dashboard shows each referral's progress (enquired, in talks, client) and what you have earned, waiting and been paid. For your clients' privacy, it never shows their names or contact details.
Do I need to sell anything?
No. Make the introduction and share your link. We handle the call, the quote and the work.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee and no minimum.
Partner terms.
- You earn 20% of the money PodHub actually receives from a client you referred, before taxes, for 12 months from their first payment.
- A client counts as yours when they enquire through your link within 90 days of clicking it, or when we credit them to you after you introduce them to us directly. If two partners refer the same person, the first one keeps them.
- Commission is held 30 days after each payment. A refunded or reversed payment earns nothing.
- We pay what is ready by bank transfer or UPI, usually once a month. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- You cannot refer yourself or your own company, run paid ads on the PodHub name, send spam, or make promises on our behalf about prices, results or timelines.
- We can pause a partner who breaks these terms. Commission already earned on genuine clients is still paid.
