AI Usage Policy (Allowed + Not Allowed)

Purpose: AI can support productivity, but it must never compromise guest privacy, confidentiality, originality, or accuracy.
16.1 Allowed Uses
AI tools may be used for:
brainstorming episode titles, hooks, and themes
structuring interview questions
summarizing public information (articles, websites)
refining grammar and tone for show notes or captions
generating internal drafts that are later human-reviewed
16.2 Not Allowed (Strict Prohibition)
Interns must not upload, paste, or share into public AI tools:
raw audio/video files
transcripts not approved for sharing
guest personal data (email, phone, private details)
sponsor negotiations, rates, contracts, partner discussions
internal strategy documents, SOPs, templates, team chats
unreleased scripts, internal show frameworks
16.3 Human Accountability (Non-Transferable Responsibility)
AI can assist, but the intern remains responsible for:
accuracy and fact-checking
tone and emotional safety
ethics and originality
avoiding plagiarism and misinformation
respecting guest dignity and privacy
16.4 Disclosure & Review Requirement
If AI-generated content is used heavily in:
social captions
then it must be reviewed by the Team Lead before publishing.
16.5 Violations
AI misuse (especially involving guest data or confidential info) is treated as a serious breach and may result in immediate access removal and termination.
