Every Great Conversation Starts With the Right Person

We receive guest suggestions from listeners, agencies, PR teams, and community partners every week. We are grateful for every one of them, because the right conversation at the right moment can genuinely help someone feel less alone.

Healthy Mind by Avik™ runs 20+ shows across the PodHub network, covering mental health, emotional resilience, personal growth, burnout, identity, purpose, and honest human stories. If you know someone whose voice belongs in that conversation, we want to hear about them.

What to Include

The more detail you provide, the faster we can review. Please include the following in your submission:

Guest full name, title, and location; bio of approximately 100 to 200 words; suggested topics of 3 to 5 bullet points with a short note on why each topic matters to our audience; links including personal website, social media profiles, and any past interviews or media appearances; any sensitive topics that may come up so we can prepare responsibly and ensure the conversation is handled with care; availability windows and time zone; and if you are submitting on behalf of a guest as an agency or PR representative, please confirm that you represent the guest and are authorised to coordinate scheduling on their behalf.

Incomplete submissions take longer to review. If we need more information, we will follow up before making a decision.

What We Look For

We are not looking for polished spokespeople or perfectly packaged stories. We are looking for real people with something genuine to say.

We prioritise guests who bring lived experience, not just credentials. The person who has been through it often teaches more than the person who has studied it. We look for grounded, practical insight that our listeners can actually use in their daily lives; emotional safety in conversations that open doors rather than leave people feeling worse than when they started; and honesty over hype. We are not interested in miracle frameworks, fear-based messaging, or personal brands built on exaggeration.

We are a mental wellness network. Everything we put out carries a responsibility to our audience. We take that seriously.

What We Do Not Accept

To protect our audience and maintain the integrity of our network, we do not accept guest suggestions involving: political campaigning or partisan advocacy of any kind; hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content or viewpoints; illegal promotions or unverified medical or therapeutic claims; guaranteed-outcome promises or pseudoscientific health advice; or guests whose primary goal is to use the episode as an advertisement for a product or service.

What Happens After You Submit

We review all submissions on a rolling basis. Due to the volume we receive, we are not always able to respond to every submission individually. If your suggested guest is a strong fit for one of our shows, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss next steps.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for a response before following up. Submissions that do not receive a response within that timeframe were not selected for the current cycle but may be reconsidered for future shows.

Important Notes

Submitting a guest suggestion does not guarantee a booking. Selection depends on fit with our current show lineup, audience relevance, and scheduling availability.

We reserve the right to edit episodes for length, clarity, and audience safety before publication.

If a guest is selected, they will be asked to sign a Guest Release and Recording Consent form before their episode is recorded or published. This is a standard document that confirms the guest's permission for us to record, produce, and distribute the episode across all our platforms. It also outlines the guest's responsibilities regarding the accuracy and legality of what they share on air. This step is non-negotiable and applies to all guests across all shows in the network.

A Note on Paid Guest Appearances

If you are a brand, publicist, or individual interested in a paid guest appearance or sponsored episode arrangement, please note that this falls under our commercial advertising and sponsorship offering rather than our organic guest programme.

Legal Notice and Submission Terms

By submitting a guest suggestion through this page or by email, you confirm and agree to the following:

All information you provide about the suggested guest is truthful, accurate, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge. You understand that providing false, defamatory, or maliciously misleading information about any individual through this submission channel may expose you to legal liability, including claims for defamation, tortious interference, and misrepresentation under applicable law.

You are not submitting this referral with the intent to harm, discredit, defame, damage the reputation of, or cause any other adverse consequence to the individual being suggested or to any other person or organisation.

You understand that Healthy Mind by Avik™ and Digitimes Pvt Ltd do not verify the accuracy of referral submissions prior to initial review, and that we are not responsible for any information provided by submitters. Any decision made by us in good faith based on a submission that contained inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information is the sole responsibility of the submitter.

If you are submitting on behalf of a guest as an agency or representative, you confirm that you are fully authorised to provide their information, that the guest is aware their details are being submitted to us, and that the guest has consented to this submission.

Healthy Mind by Avik™ and Digitimes Pvt Ltd accept no liability for decisions made in good faith based on referral submissions that contain inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information about any individual. The submitter indemnifies and holds harmless Healthy Mind by Avik™, Digitimes Pvt Ltd, and Avik Chakraborty from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from a submission that contains false or misleading information.

All submissions are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.podhub.club/terms-privacy/privacy-policy.

Submissions may be retained for up to 24 months for internal records and reviewed in future booking cycles. If you wish to withdraw a submission or request deletion of a referred individual's personal information from our records, please contact services@podhealth.club with the subject line "Referral Withdrawal Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

By submitting a guest suggestion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Submission Terms in full.

Privacy and Data Handling

Personal information submitted through this form, including details about the suggested guest, is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.podhub.club/terms-privacy/privacy-policy. We collect this information solely for the purpose of evaluating guest suitability and coordinating episode production where a booking is confirmed. We do not share referral submission data with third parties beyond what is operationally necessary. Suggested guests who are not selected will have their submitted information securely retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymised.

If you are submitting information about a third party, you confirm that you have a lawful basis for sharing their personal information with us and that doing so does not violate any applicable data protection law, including the GDPR, PIPEDA, the DPDP Act 2023, or any other applicable privacy regulation.
