This policy exists to protect guest privacy, the brand reputation, and Healthy Mind by Avik™’s business relationships.Editorial Standards & Content Safety PolicyHealthy Mind by Avik™ is a mental wellness platform and podcast network. Our content must be emotionally safe, respectful, and responsible.Guest Release & ConsentBy participating in a recording session, by signing this document digitally or physically, by confirming acceptance via email, or by submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this Guest Release and Recording Consent in full.Guest Submission Guidelines (Agencies + Public)We receive guest suggestions from listeners, agencies, PR teams, and community partners every week.Intellectual Property & Work Product Ownership Policy (Strict)This policy ensures that all work created during the internship remains the property of the company and is protected from misuse, duplication, or unauthorized distribution.Internal Policies & GuidelinesThese internal guidelines and policies are issued by Healthy Mind by Avik™ for team use only.Leave Policy (Planned, Sick, Emergency)Healthy Mind by Avik™ operates on fixed guest schedules, recording slots, and daily production timelines. Leave is supported but it must be planned and communicated professionally to protect guest experience and business continuity.Performance Review & Improvement PolicyInternships should be structured and fair. This policy ensures consistent feedback, measurable expectations, and a clear process for improvement.Social Media Policy (Brand + Personal)This policy defines what is allowed, what requires approval, and how we respond during sensitive moments on social media.Sponsorship and Advertising DisclosureSponsorships help us fund production, support our team, and ensure that conversations about mental health, healing, and human growth remain available to anyone who needs them, anywhere in the world.Working Hours & US Time Zone PolicyWe operate on US time zones for recordings, guest coordination, and publishing.
