Performance Review & Improvement Policy

Internships should be structured and fair. This policy ensures consistent feedback, measurable expectations, and a clear process for improvement.
14.1 Weekly Check-Ins (Mandatory)
Each intern will have a weekly touchpoint covering:
what shipped this week (deliverables + links),
what’s blocked (and what support is needed),
what’s next week’s plan,
upcoming recordings/guest pipeline status.
14.2 Monthly Evaluation Rubric (Scorecard)
Performance is evaluated on:
A) Reliability
attendance, punctuality, response time during agreed windows
meeting deadlines, showing up prepared
B) Quality (For hosts who prepare their own scripts)
question quality, prep depth, clarity in communication
accuracy in notes/titles/descriptions
C) Professionalism
guest handling, respect, teamwork, accountability
D) Brand Alignment
emotionally safe tone, no diagnosis/quick fixes, ethical conduct
E) Output
episodes handled, show notes, clips, pipeline movement, task completion rate
host delivery for each episodes and discussion.
14.3 Improvement Plan (PIP-Lite)
If performance drops:
Coaching conversation + written clarity of expectations
7–14 day improvement window with measurable goals
If not met: role change, reduced responsibilities, or termination
14.4 Documentation
Performance feedback, warnings, and improvement plans will be documented for fairness and accountability.
