3.1 Attendance standards
Consistency matters. A podcast is a trust-based system guests and listeners feel our reliability.
Interns/host must:
join scheduled calls on time,
show up prepared for recordings,
meet deadlines for assigned deliverables.
3.2 Late arrivals and missed commitments
Late: More than 5 minutes without prior message.
Missed meeting: Not joining within 10 minutes without notice.
3.3 No-call, no-show
If an intern/host misses a recording/meeting without informing:
1st instance: written warning + process reset
2nd instance: final warning + role access review
3rd instance: termination of internship engagement/role
